Was superdelegate McIntyre's vote worth $101,249?
Don Surber has calculated that each delegate cost Obama $101,249. One has to wonder if McIntyre's vote was worth the cost? But I bet Obama will help McIntyre raise that much and more, now that Mike is "on the bus" for Denver.

Newsletter 5-26
Hello to all!
As this newsletter is being delivered, I am busy campaigning this Memorial Day in Cumberland County at five different events. The highlight of all these events is Fayetteville's Memorial Day Ceremony where I am honored to serve as the keynote speaker. Mine is a message of thanks for the service of all who gave all in battle for this country, and also a message of challenge to every American to do more for their country. Anything from obeying all laws, to serving your favorite charity, to serving in the United States military.
I was always taught growing up that to achieve positive results you should never quit. It really disappoints me whenever I meet people ready to give up on Iraq and this war against terrorism. Look at what happened in Vietnam. The vocal anti-war protesters, aided by biased media reporting brought about an unconditional withdrawal. This cost the lives of many Vietnamese who had fought with us. It also encouraged the slaughter of millions in other parts of Southeast Asia. Despite that, the seeds of freedom and Capitalism were sown. Vietnam has gone from a war torn country in the early 1970s abandoned to communist rule, to a thriving CAPITALIST country today. They have one of the most productive oil and gas industries in the region and drilling for more. Vietnam has the fastest growing tourist industry in the world. Over 370,000 Americans visited Vietnam last year alone. It took over 30 years, but Vietnam has
been won by becoming a system of capitalism NOT communism. Where you have Capitalism, you generally have freedom, but how many lives - Vietnamese, Laotian, Cambodian - would have been saved if we had not "cut and run"?
I make this correlation to Iraq today. There have been difficult times there, sometimes the situation seemed desperate, but we ARE succeeding and MUST see this fight through. We are setting in motion a transformation similar to the one Vietnam has witnessed but with our support it will not take 30 years and hundreds of thousands or millions of innocent lives. I really believe this in my heart based on my experience in Iraq at all levels of helping their government.
My staff continues to make aggressive plans to win this race for Congress! One of my top priorities continues to be a debate with McIntyre whenever and wherever. The people of this district deserve an open and honest debate on the issues important to the district, to see exactly who it is that will represent them in Congress. I am passionate about your conservative issues and it will show during a debate...I promise!
Organizations all over this country are making their decisions on who to endorse in this race. This means my filling out numerous questionnaires on my positions, making hours of work for me each week. The work is important, especially with McIntyre resisting open debates. These groups help to spread the real word on the issues to the people they represent. The National Association of Wholesale Distributors' Political Action Committee endorsed me for Congress on 14 May 2008. This adds a network of supporters and individual donors to our campaign. Others will announce their endorsements soon. Why not beat the rush and pledge a donation today at our web site aWILLtoWIN.com.

P.S. Over a year ago, Mike McIntyre sponsored a bill which was to "fix" the price of gas - that was when gas was under $3 a gallon. He and his liberal cronies have sure succeeded - they fixed it at $4 a gallon. How long can we afford representation like that? Please go on-line now and donate to send a real Representative of the people to Washington!

Hello from the very windy city!
From Chicago - Like you, I have to work for a living, not using your tax money paid salary while campaigning, like McIntyre does. As a pilot of an Airtran Airways Boeing 737 serving cities all over this great country, the more I travel, the more I realize how blessed we are to live in Southeastern NC!
Speaking of tax money, Andy Liles, our Communications Director, has added a link to the homepage of our website to the Fairtax calculator. Please access this and answer the
simple questions to find out how much you will save under this program when we get enough votes in Congress to pass it!
I officially filed with the State Board of Elections in Raleigh on 11 Feb by submitting the $1,652 filing fee and signing numerous forms. See this link for the Associated Press interview! My name will now be on the ballot on 6 May (the Republican Primary) and on 4 Nov (the general election). We have come a long way in this fight to place this important congressional seat in Republican hands. I am ready for the long and tough road ahead with your help as well!
We held a successful fundraising house party in Fayetteville this past Friday and have also started the process of receiving feedback about the dynamic healthcare plan I am working on. I have come up with the name of the plan....watch for "FAIR HEALTH" Details of the plan will be announced in a press blitz across the district as well as on my website soon!
I also met with Karl Rove in Washington as well as many influential Republican members of Congress this past week while I was attending a seminar put on by the NRCC. (National Republican Campaign Committee).
This Saturday, I have the honor of introducing Sen. Bob Dole (per the request of Sen. Elizabeth
Dole's campaign) at the Brunswick County Republican Party's Lincoln Day. Bob Dole and I wear many of the same military awards on our chest, the highest being the Bronze Star. I have a touching story to tell when I introduce Sen. Bob Dole as well, so try to be there! The Republican Party of Brunswick County still has 40 tickets out of 250 unsold. Call Frank Iiler, the County Chair, at 910-201-1007 to reserve yours today!
This Saturday will also mark the first time my 15 year old daughter, Darienne, will join me on the campaign trail. We are getting close enough to the election that Darienne and her friends are interested and ready to help!
Mark your calendars for an important fundraising training session to be held on 1 March in Fayetteville from 10am-3pm. We are putting together a professional and effective telemarketing office that will give you a chance to help our campaign while earning money for you and your efforts! Before you can participate however, you must attend this training! Please email Nicole Siemer, our events coordinator at: events@breazeale08.com or call her at 910-423-6362 to reserve your spot. The class is limited to the first 75 people so sign up early!

Congressional candidate to meet voters Friday Morning
Wilmington, NC – Friday morning, Feb. 1, Will Breazeale – candidate for Congress – is to meet with voters at the Cracker Barrel restaurant at College and Market.
The “Meet and Greet” event will take place from 10 am to 11 am at the Cracker Barrel
